Party Feud ("the app", "we", "us") is a party game you play with people in the same room. We've designed it to collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what the app does and doesn't do with data.
The app does not require you to create an account or sign in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, contacts, photos, or precise location.
Game rooms and gameplay state. When you host a game, the app generates a short, random room code (e.g. "EPNT") and stores the current game state for that room — team scores, the current question, strikes, and which answers have been revealed. This lets the host's phone and the display screen stay in sync. This data is tied to the random room code, not to you, and rooms are automatically deleted a short time after the game (stale rooms are purged). This data is hosted on our behalf by Supabase, with the database located in Australia (Sydney region).
Purchases. Question packs are sold as one-time in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. We rely on Apple's receipt to recognise which packs you've bought; your purchases are tied to your Apple ID, managed by Apple.
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not show third-party ads. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children — the app is intended for general audiences and does not require personal data to play. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other apps or websites.
The current version does not include third-party analytics or tracking. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in a future version, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before doing so.
We use Supabase to host the game database and provide the real-time sync that keeps the host and display screens in step. We use Apple for app distribution and in-app purchases.
Gameplay/room data is transient and automatically deleted after a short period. We do not maintain long-term personal records because we do not collect personal data.
Because the app collects no personal data and requires no account, there's no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. For purchases and refunds, use your Apple ID / the App Store. To restore previous purchases, use the in-app "Restore Purchases" option.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
